Below are our package options that offers you multiple ways to celebrate your happily ever after!

Packages:

Bridal Package: Presley Tyler House, Barn & Grounds (Our most popular option) $1,950 for 8 hours. This is the perfect package for your big day! It includes the historic Presley Tyler House for your bridal party preparations and the historic Barn & Grounds for a truly unique and customizable ceremony and reception for up to 300 guests.  Meadow option available for up to 100 guests.

Historic Homestead & Grounds $1,500.00 for 6 hours. Are you looking for a reception-only venue? This option is ideal for you! 

For a maximum of 300 people, the 200-year-old barn is wonderful and customizable with options for dance floor space, photo booth and bar set-up. Whether open-air or tented, the picturesque surrounding grounds provide a scenic space for any reception.

For a maximum of 100 people, the meadow by the historic farmhouse with horses galloping in the field behind is perfect place for a memorable event. 

Presley Tyler 1844 Farmhouse $1,200.00 for 6 Hours. The Tyler house is a popular option and perfect for small receptions. The interior of the home can accommodate up to 40 guests for cocktail style receptions.

Included in all our rental options, is an on-site venue coordinator.  This person is the Blackacre liaison for the use of the facility and grounds.  Day-Of coordination service is available for an additional fee.
