Spring Edible Plant Hike and Mushroom Talk (mushroom sampling by private chef)
Come learn about the many wild edibles found on the preserve. We will focus on identifying plants and mushrooms. At the end of the program you will get to sample some finger foods made from mushrooms found in our region of Kentucky. *Foraging from a nature preserve is prohibited. Mushrooms provided by Ashbourne Farm, Lexington, KY. $25 per person
