July 21: Food Preservation Class: Dehydration & Freezing with Garden Vegetables (and meat!)

Enjoy your delicious, fresh produce now and later. Participants learn how to successfully and safely preserve food.  Each class focuses on a different techniques including dehydration & freezing, pressure canning, and water bath canning. Classes are led by Chef Nancy.
