Growing and Preserving your Garden Vegetables (and meat!)
Enjoy your delicious, fresh produce now and later. Participants learn how to successfully and safely preserve food. Each class focuses on a different techniques including dehydration & freezing, pressure canning, and water bath canning. Instructors include Community Garden Manager, Susan Ballerstedt, grew up homesteading along with Nancy Pifer, a trained chef.
