Surviving the Wild: Pioneer Camp
Experience Kentucky’s pioneer heritage at Surviving the Wild Pioneer Camp. Campers journey through Blackacre’s 1790s pioneer farm and natural surroundings, participating in nature activities, crafts and games. Campers will learn some survival skills. Enjoy candle making, butter making, and daily interactions with farm animals, along with nature hikes, gardening, and barn and homestead exploration
Time: Half-day: 9:00 – 12:00 pm; Full-day 9:00 – 4:00 pm
Ages: K-5th
Cost: Half-day:$150; Full-day: $250
Maximum: 20 kids per group (grouped by age)
