Kids Art Workshop & Hike

Get ready for a memorable morning on the farm for your young artist!
In this drop-off experience, children will start their morning by helping feed Blackacre’s farm animals, followed by a short hike through the preserve to gather inspiration from the colors, textures, shapes, and beauty of the season.
Then it’s time to create! Artist Molly Rhode will guide children through a hands-on art workshop where they’ll paint a beautiful pumpkin on a natural wood slab cut from a local farm — creating a one-of-a-kind piece to take home and enjoy all season long.
It’s the perfect mix of farm fun, nature, and creativity, designed to encourage confidence, curiosity, and an appreciation for the world around them.

Cost: $35 per child
Registration required. Space is limited to keep the group small and allow for plenty of hands-on instruction.
