Historic House Tours

Join us for a captivating journey through time at Blackacre Historic Homestead, constructed in 1792. Embark on a tour of the 1844 Presley Tyler House and delve into its rich history, intimately intertwined with the American Revolutionary War and the genesis of pioneer settlement. Our knowledgeable docents, adorned in authentic period attire, will expertly guide you through this immersive experience.

Sundays: June 7th (special Flag Day Celebration on June 14th) through August 9th.

Thursdays: July 23rd & 30th, August 6th

General admission is $10 per person. Free for children ages 12 and under and for Cultural Pass Holders (one time visit).

Tours from 1:00 to 4:00 pm, every half hour. Purchase tickets upon arrival at the house front entrance.
